Our reality is one of energy. It appears as though it is one of matter and space but that is just an illusion of the ego. Matter is just compressed energy. Einstein postulated this over 100 years ago and it’s been demonstrated over and over. The best example is nuclear energy where matter is converted to energy. It’s the equation we are all familiar with: E=mc2. It shows the relationship between energy and matter. And if you examine it, the amount of energy in matter is enormous; by a factor of the speed of light, squared!
And, as sense organs of this reality, we transmit and absorb energy. As I have stated previously, it’s up to us what type of energy we transmit and absorb.
Accordingly, if you examine your thoughts and feelings, and you are not completely deranged, you have an urge to want to feel love energy, both giving and receiving. It is part of our nature as humans. It is also the primary energy of the universe. Think about it. Could the universe exist based on hate energy? No, the universe was created out of love. Even if you don’t believe the universe was created, the energy that sustains reality must be positive, not negative.
So what about us? Here’s the thing, if you want to feel loved, you have to be open to receiving it. The universe gives its love freely. So how do you do that? All you have to do is check your ego, calm the chattering mind and allow love energy to flow out of you first and then you open the gates to allow love energy to flow into you. It appears to be a paradox. The only way to get it is to first give it without any expectation of receiving it back. Love energy must be given freely. I’m not talking about sex. Keep your ego out of it.
Allow yourself to be vulnerable to the fact not everyone is aware of how the flow of energy in the universe works. They may try to absorb your energy without giving any to you. I guess you would call those people ‘vampires’. The energy only flows in one direction for them. It’s OK, you can still project love energy unconditionally as long as you are aware it won’t always be reciprocated. After all, as a Witness to Creation you always feel the love energy of the universe. So allow it to flow through you.
