We are constantly being bombarded by armor piercing bullets from every direction; friends, family, coworkers, strangers, politicians, aliens, ‘experts’, you name it; Even nature itself. And in this hyper connected point in time it is relentless. What can we do to stay in the correct frame of mind? To not let any external force affect our trajectory in the physical universe? There’s really only one way. It’s under our control.
We have to love the universe unconditionally!
You must love every aspect of it. You have to love Donald Trump. You have to love Joe Biden. You have to love Vladimir Putin. You have to love the person that cuts you off in traffic. You have to love the person that emits negative energy. There are no exceptions!
I believe it’s the kind of love that Jesus talked about but that no one really understands. It’s beyond ego. It has to fill the depths of your soul. It’s an acknowledgement we are all part of the same machine. Is it easy? No, but it is possible. 100% of the time? Hardly. Yet it is a goal worth pursuing.
But if you can get to that state of mind, it makes you bulletproof. No one or no thing can harm you. You have to keep in mind who and what you are. As a Witness to Creation you know this. You know your place in the universe. Acknowledge you are not separate from this reality but an integral part of it. All you need to do is allow energy to flow through you. Ego is separateness. Ego is restriction. Keep your ego from getting in the way and you will experience a joy beyond words.
